External access link for tablets

Access Your Waitlist Link on Any Device

You can use your custom waitlist link on any tablet, phone, or computer. Simply go to the Settings tab in the bottom left corner to find your link.

These links update in real time and can be managed across multiple devices simultaneously.

Button Color Guide

Each button sends a customized text message to the guest:

🟢 Green – Table is ready
🔵 Blue – Guest is seated
🔴 Red – Reservation canceled
⚫ Grey – Takeout order ready

Fast Casual & Takeout Orders

To enter a takeout order, click the + Add Guest button in the top right.

Checking the Takeout box ensures guests receive the correct notifications for their order. You can also add optional details like notes or an order number.

When the order is ready for pickup, simply click the grey button to notify the customer.

Customizing Text Messages:

Click the Settings tab in the bottom left corner of the home page.
Scroll down to edit all message templates.
To personalize messages with the guest’s name, include {{contact.name}}.
You can also adjust reminder text alerts and set the time frame for notifications.

Setting Up Review and Feedback Requests

Click the Settings tab in the bottom left corner of the home page.
Scroll down to the Marketing section.
Customize the message to thank guests and request a review or feedback.
Set a timer to automatically send the message at your preferred time.

Note: To disable follow-up messages, simply delete this field.
